This nurturing gathering allows us to step away from the demands of daily life and spend an afternoon in connection, reflection, and renewal alongside a supportive community of women.

Together, we'll create a safe space to slow down, release stress, and return to a greater sense of peace and inner calm.

🌼This circle is an invitation to pause and refill your own cup.

During our time together, you'll experience:

• Gentle practices to calm and regulate the nervous system

• Guided meditation and grounding exercises

• Energy clearing to support the release of emotional blocks and limiting beliefs

• Deep relaxation and restoration

• Heart-centered connection with like-minded women
