What is an Energy Alignment Session like?
Energy is delivered as a light touch on or above the body. The client relaxes, fully clothed, on a massage table with support pillows and soft blankets. Soft lighting and soothing music help to create a comforting environment.
Before relaxing on the table, the client and practitioner discuss any issues and goals the client may have, and the practitioner will assist the client in setting an intention for the session.
You may experience the energy in a variety of ways such as imagery, emotions, vibration, changes in temperature, or other subtle changes. Your awareness may ebb and flow, and vary from experience to experience.
Once the session is complete, you receive your channeled messages and have the opportunity to discuss anything that came up for you during your session.
